I have never heard of a company being medically unfit.

How can I submit that medical report to MOM and remove the ban on me?

Just contact them by the usual channels (see their webpage).

@sathiyathen8 With such a high fine, it must have been a very serious issue - not just drunk driving without license.

Your brother should contact the relevant authority and/or ICA to find out if he is banned from entering Singapore, and what he could do to lift the ban.

If he want to not only "come to" (=visit) Singapore, but also live and maybe even work here, the criteria will be even stricter.
