Finding a place to live is a priority when settling in Aruba. Your experience will be of a great help for the members who want to settle in Aruba.

Therefore, we have prepared some questions for you:

Which kinds of accommodation are available in Aruba?

Is it hard to find a flat or a house for rent in Aruba?

How to find a home in Aruba: classifieds, real estate portals, real estate agencies?

How much is the rental for a house, an apartment?

What are the formalities or the required documents for renting an accommodation?

Which advice would you give?

Thanks in advance for participating!

Something I learned a long time ago in Aruba...If you are not happy with your space, do not unpack; speak to the front desk & if they have a room available, 9 times out of 10 will switch your room. It also does not hurt to ask for a free upgrade. Again it will depend on where you are staying & the time of year, but we have gotten 4 unbelievable room upgrades in Aruba & that was without asking. I have always believed that if they have a better space available, you will get it.
