Is NOC required from Old Company for Starting a new company

I was an investor in a company in Bahrain which is now deleted by law status.I want to start a new company in Bahrain with similar activities as my old company. Do i need to get a No objection certificate from the old company . I am not holding any investor visa or any other links with the old company except i am marked as a share holder in that company which is not functioning and is now deleted by law status for many years.
