Delay in Job Offer

Hi everyone,


On November 17th I have taken job interviews for Military Hospital as Nurse. I passed them perfectly.



They said they would have sent the job offer in few days to the recruitment agency.


After 3 weeks they have not done It. Neither they give a hiring process timeline or real feedback. They Just said they are working on It.


Can It be reliable then to wait for the offer or they probably changed of minds?

Usually it takes time and may go up to 3-6 months which is normal. You will need to foloow up on a regular basis
