Hello

I want to come to France to study and I want to know which are the public universities that teach cinema and have a low cost, and I am very worried about finding a job.

Please note that I have created a new thread on the France forum from your post as you were off-topic on the other ones.

To study in France there is only one website : https://www.campusfrance.org/en

You need to search that website and contact them if you have questions as your application to universities will be processed by them.

Public universities are not that expensive, however bear in mind that you will need to provide for your every day expenditure (food, housing, clothes, transport etc).

To process your student visa, you also need to prove that you have sufficient funds to cover your stay in form of bank statement etc. and language proficiency results (you need to know french language )
