close to my 50th birthday i would like to buy a condo in pattaya

i asking info about

what does it means buy in foreign / company / thai name ?

where i can find a good layer ?

i know already about the fact that foreign cannot buy land, and about the quote 51% thai / 49% foreign in condo

and also , where which bak i must open my thai bank account ? which is the best ?

any other suggestion is welcome

Definitely get a lawyer - ideally an Expat owned/managed company that works in Pattaya/Chonburi.

Google it and then select a few based opn owner/website - go and see the ones you choose - then decide which one to use.
