PDS certificate.

Our family of 4 have applied for a Permanent Residence permit after buying a PDS property. We are told it will take at least 6 months.

I would like to know that once the EDB informs you that the permits are granted, do you need to collect them in person?

Secondly, is there a time limit within which you need to collect it after getting it?

once the permit is granted you do not have to collect in person. they will inform you by email normally.
