Delays in Marriage certificate

My Spanish husband and I married in Sri Lanka, my home country in 2021 Dec and submitted all our documents for the Spanish marraige certificate by Feb 2022. I'm trying to enter Spain while the certificate is being processed, where he has already completed his interview and additional document submission. Does anyone have experience entering Spain while the marraige certificate is being is being processed from a non-EU country? How long has it taken for your Spanish marraige certificate to be issued from a foreign marraige? Would really appreciate some information.
