First of all, what kind of business do you want to start? What service will you offer?
You said you don't live in your home country, may I ask where you are now?
Where exactly in the US would you like to settle your business?
Have you done some research on whether, as a foreigner, you are allowed to start a business or if you need to enter into some sort of partnership with a local to do so?
Before anyone recommends a good business plan strategist, we need to get more details about the business you want to start.
