B- company has threaten me to sign another letter of agreement which I agree to deduct the salary , if I don't sign , the employer make sure I got no job in singapore anymore... and I has signed on it

If I understand your message correctly, there was a clause in your employment contract saying you must bear the agancy fees if you serve less than three months. In that case, the employe is right to deduct the fee, if you resign before three months. Please note that agency fees are limited (by law) to one month salary per year of employment contract or work visa (whichever is shorter) - see the following helpful document:

I see no need for another document in this case - but since you have already signed it, it is probably valid and must be followed. What does this additional document say?

It is true that the employer can lodge a complaint against you with MoM and, if MoM believes them, you could be banned from working in Singapore for some time or forever (depending on the offense). There are ways to defend against a false complaint, too - see the advice and numbers to call in the brochure linked above.
