Qiwa status under process

@Cheryl  hi thanks for response , yes actualy i have raised a ticket regarding the issue but no respond from qiwa till now, i hope that some community member will guide me in this case.

As it was a technical glitch thats why showed in under process, my company resend the request it get approved. Thanks

My stutus is under processing after Reject by Nic.Now after how many days can I make a request

My Current Employer accepted the request from New Employer but the status was showing "Under Processing "what does it means. And I contact my new Employer he told me this not your Current Employer or our problem ,this is Jawazat  technical issues. So How many days will Jawazat take to solve this problem. Please reply

It will take 90 days to complete.

Dear it depending the new JOB nature and your Iqama profession as well.

If same then it will come accepted in system smoothly.

Please rectify it and do need fully.

Assalamulikum sir any one help us please my old sponser accepted the request and after that status is showing me as under processing and my new company cant see my name on their qiwa kindly please tell me any solution or what it means for under processing what will i do know any one here please help us 🙏
