Travel with Ricivuta di permesso soggiorno

in 19 January 23 i want to travel in Bangladesh (my own country) with The Ricivuta. I have a transit in Jeddah airport for 3 hours (Saudi Arabia). On Arrival is the same proses (transit Again in Jeddah airport for 3 hours). Saudi Arabia is not a part of SCHENGEN. So can i travel my own country Bangladesh with Ricivuta di permesso soggiorno?

Plz help me to find out....
