Marriage certificate alone doesn't mean anything, can be fake marriage.

nabilaaa98

@Tachelle McCarthy last week. I don’t know why they asked for it. Because I already give them my marriage certificate

nabilaaa98

@Rubenslash that’s right

Avalu

Avalu

@Tachelle McCarthy yes, aslong it either yours or partner name so they can connect the dots (answer about credit card)

introduction is an opening so the person of IBZ can read & get to know the 2 person of the file instead another file case (basically a story telling)

  • who u both are
  • how u both met
  • how u both communicate
  • first meeting
  • first family meeting
  • 2nd meeting

  • 4rd meeting

Good afternoon aneesh

is this for me or Rubel?

Hi All,

I applied for Type D visa for me after single permit and reunification for my wife and child. We applied together as my understanding was it takes less time if you apply together after single permit. While I receive VISA has been dispatched through courier for me, its different update for my dependents "Your visa application has been forwarded to the Foreigners’ Office (FPS Interior) for examination and decision.". Is it a common case and didn't anyone went through the same even after applying together?

In the past if you applied together, both main applicant (work permit holder) and dependent(s)' file were processed at the same time in the local consulate. Reading some recent experiences, consualte processes the application of main applicant and dependent(s) file is sent to FPS foreign services.

@Aneesh

Is this for all consulates, or country specific?

divsviet

@Aneesh Thanks Aneesh - Any idea on the timelines…I have heard it take months if we file application separately but used to be faster if we file together.

so sending file to FPS is fine but its the processing time which is a worry.
