Looking for agents for UK passport renewal.

I have a UK passport that needs renewing and I wish to find an agent that can do this for me, as I am not living in Shanghai.

Does anyone know a visa agent, or legal entitity that can do t his?

thanks I will use the consulate.

However, it says I need to apply in person, and collect in person 3-4 weeks later. Or I can get someone else to go for me., and this is usually the role of an agent.

I do not live in Shanghai and I want to avoid 2 trips to Shanghai if I can.

That is why I am looking for an agen.
