I am on my way for the Spouse Visa, and I need to do the background check. I have tried to get the answers from past posts, but everyone's situation is different. I have about 45 days left in my follow-up tourist visa. I am in Ceara in a village on a farm...
I need to know start to finish what I should do.
i understand there is a form on the internet (need the link) which I must fill out. I am ready...I worked contract with the IRS and the Department of Justice which involved background checks so I am sure I will pass (also had to do fingerprinting). This was done in the U.S. though.
