I bought and paid for a condo in phillipines. For 3 years I have had the keys but the builder just does not hand over the title to me. For 3 years I keep chasing them and i GET NOTHING.. I am basically stuck and a, unable to sell it without getting the title form the builder. Numerous letters and emails lead to nothing. At this juncture I think i want to consult a good real estate lawyer to see how I can get my title from the builder. Any recommendations of a good lawyer?
