A few years ago there was the initiative to have a GOLDEN visa.

Taxes are fine for me, but how to get a residency, Namibia seems to be very restrictive (I do have capital (no income)), but difficult to find info on living there and apply for a permanent (eg 10 years) visa (not asking for much, we will spend)
