my name Amir Afsar Khan and i am currently seeking emplyment opportunities in romania. i understand that obtaining a working visa can be a complex process, and i am willing to provide any necessary documents, such as a copy of my passport to this Application.

Romania generally doesn't give work permits to plumbers. There are already ppl in Romania and the EU who can do the job and speak the language.
