UDI Skilled Worker Permit

Hello, What's the current waiting time for skilled worker (Norway) being processed if the applicant is outside EU? I understand it's 16 weeks but that seems unreal. The application is straightforward with job offer and all the required documents. Did anyone applied for the same in the last couple of months? Would be great to know more on it. Thanks

Is digital signature enough in employee's signature section of UDI contract letter? Or should I take a print out and sign it?

Hi @everyone I want to ask about udi waiting time one of my friend submitted his application for skilled worker on 11th April 2024 it has been 3.5 month still not get answer. How can he contact them and is there any chance from India he can contact them because he submitted his application from vfs India. So please answer me how long it will stretch.
