How to get my un-vaxed Filipina wife into the USA in late June

OK; Here I am, back in Dumaguete; arrived from USA on Feb. 15th. My wife found a nice and affordable house for her and me and a few family members here in Dumaguete. It is now finished, we've moved in and are collecting all the necessities to make it work. I'm officially OK for a 2 month stay; planning to extend to get me thru June 21 when my ticket back to Utah kicks in. I'm hoping ASAP Tickets can put us on the same flight (they said 'no problem' or something to that effect..); we plan to spend 6 months in the US, then repeat that pattern (commonly called being 'snowbirds' in my lingo). No, we do not ski. She's 68, I'm 83, going on 75.

Knowing little or nothing about getting her a visa, I contacted RapidVisa for help, for which I'm willing to pay. First thing I get is a group email from a Filipina (name omitted) wherein she included a whole herd of cc recipients--instead of using the bcc option--duh.....; exposing us all to Phishing Scammers, like this week's offering of free food. I gently corrected her, carefully explaining what Phishing is and how they harvest their suckers, feeling that to be so basic as to be addressed even before my needs. "Noted. Thank you." was her reply, sans apology. Ignoring a nagging feeling that I was in the wrong queue ("line" in US talk), I emailed her to tell her we are ready to get started on whatever it is we need to do. Meanwhile the term "CR-1 Visa" has crept into our conversation. I get another email today informing me that I've not yet completed the questionnaire.  What freaking questionnaire? comes rapidly to mind, so I asked her, in caps, in my email--just sent--that same question, without the 'freaking.' I'm now waiting for the next response, without much enthusiasm in the Expectations department.

In the Missouri Ozarks, where I was born and raised they might say I'm "dumber than a stump." As to getting a CR-Anything visa for my wife, they'd be 100% correct.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Which passport is your wife traveling on?  Has she ever been in the USA before?  Where were you married? You may need aspousal visa for your wife.

I used the same exact company. We started with K1 but decided to get married here so then switched it to CR-1. We’re about 4 months away from the interview. Just finished my sons CRBA and received his passport. To start the CR-1 Process with rapid visa, you just need to register an account at rapid [link under review], then select the CR-1 Visa, pay the fee then begin the questionnaire. If you’d like me to help I’m glad to help you start and complete the application. Email me at **** or message me on whatsapp*****. I live near Bacolod, in the island of Negros Occidental.

Best Regards,
