acros the street from were we live there is a nice 2 bedroom house for rent at 15000 peso a month

nice neighborhood ,quit , almost zero trafic clean streets weekly garbige colection ,very rare electrick burn outs ,good wather suply with nice presure , mall and market and hospital les than 15 minutes drive with car or scooter.

internet is good and connected .

fully furnished ,no need to buy television or frige or beds all is there.

covered car park , nice metal bar security screen on the street side so burglar proof.

location Toril Davao city .

it is not us who own it but our pinoy neighbors who wil emigrate to Malaysia .
