Good Morning,

I am a Portuguese resident from Canada who is attempting to get an exchange license, Because I am over 60 I need to get a psychological test for the exchange. The difficulty I am having is finding someone in Lisbon who will deliver the test so I can get the results and submit them to IMT. Does anyone know who in the city delivers these tests?

From this driving school you will be able to do that. They will provide you all the information and fees regarding the medical test.

Hi busyboy

Any general practitioner in Portugal will issue this electronic certificate for a driving licence. Either in the National Health Service or in the private system. If you don't have NHS, you can try any private clinic or doctor near where you live. Some suggestions:
