Yes. Good idea.

The paper is a list of things that the Federal Police gives you to complete, such as which forms to fill out online.

This Requerimento de Registro Acualizaçao appears to be an online form, but I cannont find it online on the PF gov site.

I would like to attach a pic from my phone here that I took of the paper but do not see an option for attachments.

Update:
I might have an idea as to what this term "Requerimento de Registro Acualizaçao" could be.
But I'm not sure, so I won't try to guess.
If anyone knows please send a reply here in this posting, so not only I, but others can learn.
