Hi. I'm trying to find an apartment or a new place to live but currently under procedure but I have no issues when it comes for payments.

Have a look south Brussels area(Auderghem, Etterbeek, Watermael-Boitsfort, Ixelles(if no car)) Immoweb.be is your friend Also facebook groups/marketplace can help. Rule of thumb do not pay any money without visiting the property and the rent deposit must be on your blocked rent account and not transferred to landlord's.
