Assistance in Getting Established/Shopping as new arrivals in Calgary

Greetings. Can anyone recommend where we would look for professional assistance/advising as a couple in our 60s coming to Calgary to get our life set up? We won't have a car, don't really know our way around, have to shop for services, furniture, etc. It's not really about "moving" as about helping us settle in once we get there, no car and unable to rely on relatives for that assistance.
