Hi there, I'll try to answer your questions below:
*How much does it cost to come to Cabo Verde from Nigeria.
Why don't you ask a local travel agent in Nigeria, given that that is where you are flying from? Or just Google it.
*How much is the cost of living; mean getting accomodation and feeding.
It depends on which one of the nine inhabited islands you live on. In the capital, it costs about €250-300 per month for an apartment. For food, you will need about €200 per month. On the other islands rent may be cheaper but food is a little more expensive. On Sal and Boavista, the rent is double.
* Hope is easy for an ECOWAS passport to work in the city and be favoured.
Passports are neither favored nor unfavored. You must simply comply with the entry requirements for Ecowas citizens.
Finally, I'm sure you are aware that English is not spoken here. The official language of Cape Verde is Portuguese. If you are not fluent in Portuguese, it will be almost impossible to find a job.
Best regards,
Angelo

Hi Ijeoma,
If you do not speak Portuguese, then the only possibility for a job is in Sal and Boavista. Unfortunately, I cannot assist you with finding such a job. You will need to personally go to the hotels in Sal and Boavista and request a job there.
Best regards,
Angelo
