Two years associate degree, Saudi Council of Engineering

Dear Friends,

I have 2 years Associate degree from Virtual University of Pakistan in Web Design and Development. The degree/transcript is verified from HEC and MOFA Pakistan with barcoded verification. I am in process to attest it from Saudi Embassy and Saudi Culture. My Question is my profession in iqama is Computer Programmer Registered as Technician in Saudi Council of Engineers.

I took lot of programming courses and software engineering during this program and the courses are mentioned on my final transcript.

Can anyone tell me if my degree is acceptable for Computer Programmer profession in Saudi Council of Engineering
