HUSBAND WORK VISA AND DAUGHTER VISA CANCELLED(Dependant on father)

Dear group,

me and my husband both are on work visa from different institutions. My daughter is in bahrain on dependent visa from my husband ( the dependent visa provided by my husband company in his dependance).

now my husband is resigned and his visa and my daughter depended visa on him both will be cancelled.

NOW CAN I APPLY FOR DEPENDENT VISA FOR BOTH HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER FROM MY COMPANY. AND MY COMPANY WILL DO THE NEEDFUL. BUT I WANTED TO KNOW THE PROCESS OF DOING IT. AND I THINK AFTER CANCELLATION THEY NEED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY WITH IN 30 DAYS, IS THERE ANY EXTENSION POSSIBLE FOR THIS PERIOD?

DO THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO HOME COUNTRY FOR THE TRANSFER OF VISA TO DEPENDENT?

please help and suggest how can i do this!
