Hi there,

I I’m trying to get some packages from Mexico and the US, but my friends/family have been told that I must secure a “Agente Aduanal” in order to receive my packages otherwise they won’t release them and send them back. They are thinking of sending them through DHL or FedEx. So, how does one get the services of a Agente Aduanal?
