Does anybody recently applied for Provisional Naturalization? I want to know is there a home visit by PF in the process? Because my friend who has permanent residency but living outside of Brazil wants to come to Brazil and apply for Naturalização provisório, but they may travel outside before the process finalized

If anybody has information please share with me

05/03/23 Provisional Naturalization is only available to children or adolescents who were registered as residents of Brazil for "an indeterminate period", i.e., permanently, before their tenth birthday, and have lived in Brazil continuously ever since. It's a rare form of naturalization, and not available to adults, particularly to adults living outside Brazil:

If your friend has a valid CRNM that hasn't expired, he should consider Ordinary Naturalization, but he'll need to return to Brazil and live here continuously for the required period, and satisfy the other requirements.
