Remittance of unofficial salary

I shall soon move to Tanzania post acceptance of a job offer.

My employer advised me a break up of my salary into a 33%:66% split i.e.( 33% Official Salary)v/s(66% Unofficial cash salary) to save taxes.

I have some work ex. in Middle east, where unlike Tanzania, there are no taxes, hence no such complexities.

Assuming i am wanting to remit my 66% salary back to my Home country, i think the government might just wonder that how can a guy with a 1$ salary remit 2$.

Any suggestions whatsoever?

Open an account with Bank of India or Bank of Baroda and they will remit for you. Your queries of " how, why, but, if " will be answered here once you get your first salary. Not a big issue.
