Off the record SALARY in Tanzania

Sir ji..
It is find that
in a company at TANZANIA
provide 50% salary on record and
50% salary off the records; 
they say that it is for the admn
and to save the expats
It is presumed that this adjusment
is only to save the tax at the company
(which is 30% taxation at Dar.)
Since they offer tax free salary.
But truly speaking the off the record
salary is taxable in India..
How do u advise on this.. ?

Open a offshore account outside TZ or India.....
