@Richard Walker Hi Richard, I'm following your post because I'm also looking for design and construction solutions for a small Bamboo and concrete casita on the coast.

Hi friend, I will try and send pictures to your email.  If you want me to. I live close to Mompiche  witch is about 2 hours from Esmeraldas. I am 6 miles from Mompiche and 300 ft above ocean. I can see small tip of bay. My house over looks jungle between me and the ocean. I have Howler monkeys and many birds and jungle animals here. I am 70 years old and ride a Harley want to be motorcycle. I have lived here 4 years permanent residents Visa. Construction was delayed by 1 1/2 year girlfriend. No longer a problem.  My house sits up 10 ft off ground. My construction will be under house. Tubing frame with concrete block walls. Very big deck overlooking jungle. Hope I didn't talk to much

@Richard Walker Hi Richard,

I'll reach out to you and share my email. Looking forward to exchanging ideas. There's a lot of potential here for this type of construction using Bamboo.
