Getting Kuwait family visa for dependents

My husband has applied for a job with private company in Kuwait. In initial pre screening, they told himthey want his willingness to come as single candidate without dependents. Once he gets the work permit he can sponsor dependents but company will not assist with family visa. How easy is to get kuwait family visa for dependents? and does it cover dependents medical facilities?

right now, impossible. Family visas are processed on as needed basis, some get it, some do not. visit visas are off completely. when it will return is anyones guess.
