Moving from MDEC employer to ESD

Hi, Guys need urgent help from those who did resigned under MDEC holding pass and move to ESD employer to apply for the EP. Is there any chance the ESD reject the application and the position is a digital manager with a MYR9000 salary? I have 4 years of work experience in Malaysia but my educational background is not related to what I am doing now.

@marvakmarvak it is doesn't matter if from mdec to esd the important visa is cancelled from the mdec in order to transfer in esd

Yes it is 85% if you do the proper submission of the document like photo must have proper size, certificate and other required documents.

Yes it is 85% rejection if you dont do proper submission of the document like photo must have proper size, certificate and other required documents of the applicant.

ESD have 2 stage

1. Application for projection if no strong letter of justification it will approve.

2. If you been approve in justification then application of the candidate is not strong as you required in letter of justification then it will rejected once rejected it will always reject even you appeal.
