Renewing the residence permit -- appointment not available

Hi, I am trying to renew my residence permit by first taking the appointment here https://icp.administracionelectronica.gob.es/ and it always says it's not available, for weeks now. I heard that usually it is available at 1pm every day, but that was not the case, so what is the thing here?

@jii95 sometimes in Spain have to ask a lawyer

@jii95 not sure if you mean NIE card or other….but appointments are very difficult to obtain. I live in Sitges and go to the Villanova y la Geltru Police station with an appointment sheet which I get from my law firm I deal with on immigration things. I just renewed my NIE card and this time….even my law firm had difficulty getting an appointment…I guess they are backed up and overwhelmed with expats etc.

We are having the same problem booking an appointment. I get the impression that appointments are on their website on the first day of each month and if you scramble , you can get one. I hope......
