As everyone in Qatar is well aware that the Family visas were stopped due to Fifa last year. I had applied in August 2022 and it still shows under process. It was assumed they will start giving family resident visas post Fifa. But it didn't happen, they then said it will start post Ramadan which partially happened as they started issuing family resident visas to Govt and semi Govt employees of which i came to know when I went to visa office to follow up about my visa application done last year.
So finally i was told they are not issuing it for private companies now, it will start after 2 weeks. No specific date was given. And neither was I allowed to go in and check, was returned from the gate itself.
Incase anyone have more update or any contact who can assist in getting family visas please contact me. I need to admit my daughter in school which is not possible without a RP and she might loose her year. Same is the case with many expats in qatar
