I'm nazrul from oman. I'm civil engineer, 44 years old. I'm interested to relocate in Portugal D2 visa and start a small business like grocery or coffee shop restaurant.

Could you please inform how can start.

Hi Nazrul,

The D2 visa is for entrepreneurs setting up their own business. That business must be subject to certain requirements, the company must have organised accounting and create jobs. I don't think a grocery shop falls under this type of visa... But try to find out more at a Portuguese consulate.
