Terminate the contract after joining.

My situation : Both IQAMA & Contract were finished in my previous company, So I applied and got the job in Jubail.

I am not happy working here,

Can I terminate the contract?

I can see 1 option on my QIWA like "Terminate the contract"

Can I go back to my previous company or any other company?

Please explain..
