I applied in Singapore, and I was hired by a company. So the company also hired an agency that would assist me with the application for my SPASS, but when they applied, my application was rejected twice.I just want to know how I can find out why the application was rejected. I have asked the agency several times what the reason is, but the only answer they give me is that they are doing something important and they will tell me when they are not busy.Apart from the soft copy of my school credential that I emailed to them, they didn't ask me for anything else, which is why I thought maybe because of this I was rejected. For almost 4 months since they applied for my spass, I have been searching every day on this site for any updates, but nothing appears: https://service2.mom.gov.sg/workpass/enquiry/search.

This is probably another example of an agent screwing things up!

But in your case, at least it was engaged by the employer (so you didn't have a choice, but also don't need to pay them anything).

Only the employer (or their agent) can contact MoM and find out the rejection reason. Bt sometimes it can be guessed from the rejection letter's wording and all the details of your case. You should read related forum discussions to learn how this worked in similar cases!
