Hi all, anyone have experience shipping a laptop (from the uk) to guatemala via dhl or FedEx?

Looks fairly straightforward filling in relevant customs declaration forms for the outside, but does anyone know what I should write to declare it as personal and second hand goods?

Alternatively, anyone know of a decent refurbished laptop seller in Antigua or the capital?

Thanks in advance!

shipped a phone from US to Guatemala using DHL. Guatemalan customs charged me over $100 in taxes.  Not sure how they’ll handle a laptop.  Just an FYI.  All the best.

@kglasener thanks. Was it a new one you ordered or an old one from home? Mine would be the latter.
