But I can answer this: You cannot reside or work in Germany with a visit visa (Schengen visa) - you need to apply for a differend kind of visa at the German embassy in your country!

To elaborate, one needs to first line up a job with a company willing to hire and assist one with getting the work visa. This has extra effort, cost and risks involved and usually will only happen for people with highly demanded skills and usually with a high level of German. Another possiblity is a job seeker visa which allows one to actually come to Germany to look for work. But one can do this cheaper and easier for most of the kinds of jobs in question online anyway, so it is an expensive and often frustrating and unsuccessful strategy. It is also difficult to get such a visa; they want to vet candidates so that it makes sense that they have a real chance of employment.
