Can we get work visa in GCC countries as per new rules with old cured TB scar in lungs, first entry

From India gcc medical center will declare you unfit.

Within uae there is very less possibility of getting conditional fitness report. There your pro support is must. Or else you'll be deported.

Would one get an dependent visa( spouse visa) with old TB scar.

Few on this forum has said a yes for dependent visa but I'm just asking again to reconfirm this.
