Hello,

My name is Anthony, and I recently purchased a home in Providenciales.

I live on island, though travel for extended periods of time throughout the year. My intent is to rent my home out monthly while traveling.

Does anyone have recommendations of where to advertise my home? I am not looking for high-end vacation rental rates, I simply want to home occupied while I am off-island.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

We have little information about this destination.

I would suggest that while waiting for members to share some websites with you, you may create an advert from free in our Housing in Turks and Caicos Islands section.

depends how you're renting it and how many bedrooms it has. if you're using airbnb or vrbo you need to make sure you pay the tourism tax to the government and also that you have a business licence and the necessary paperwork. otherwise try on facebook but i don't think you will get many residents wanting to rent for a month
