Thanks much. I am Tom from Canada, assessing to move to Senehal in two months and hence exploring housing and children school and associated costs before I make a final decision. Online info esp about housing costs is not helping me. Noting the safest and quite areas on the cost such as point E, or Mermoz, what would be an estimated monthly rental cost of decent quality villa in mermoz? Air conditioned and backup power seems to be a requirement of decent villa. I would appreciate if anyone could help on this giving a range?

How should I follow this forum?

Bhavna
