I resigned due to my domestic problem 2 months back after coming to my country. If I wish to rejoin what is the process? My contract was not over at that time.

You must contact your company and let them know that you would like to re-join. They may inform you if your visa is still valid or if they canceled it from their side. On that basis, you can re-join.

Thank you for the reply. In website it shows that visa is suspended. Visa was sponsored by ministry of health.

Welcome. But Visa Suspension does not necessarily mean Visa cancellation. But you cannot travel back unless Your employer can further clarify the situation exactly.

Hi!

Did you Exit properly from Oman? There is no need to completion of your visa if you Exit properly.

( Resignation proof / Resignation acceptance proof / Settlement papers / Experience certificate there are enough)

Once you get new job , the new Employers PRO , would take care if visa processing.
