We can't do that for you, you need to do that yourself by finding someone willing to employ you.

This isn't a fast food restaurant.  You cannot place an order for a job and visa.  You must have qualifications and find a employer willing to hire you!  It will take a lot of effort on your part.

I haven't applied since I have no authority

Behalf of me my employer who hired me was applied in IGI

But Still no response from IGI and when I ask my employer, they said to wait

So just want to know how many months now a days actually take to get approval on my permit??

You will have to wait until your potential employer gives you the information.  No one here can answer the question.  It is between IGI and the employer.
