Hi hello to everyone

Recently i have a problem here in saudi arabia can someone answer me, becaused recently i work here in saudi arabia and 3days i stop working here becaused my company not good always deduct my salary , and last month they didn't give my eid holidays but my company didn't explain why i always deducted from my own salary, and i decided to stop, so i have a sister that live in qatar with her husband and they plan to get me there pleased pleased pleased what shoud i do couz my company didn't give me RELEASED PAPER what is my option to move on qatar ?
