Is Singapore not offering jobs for foreigners ?.

When ever we try to apply there is a  question about nationality and residence status. Are the companies not sponsoring visas to foreigners now a days ?

What is the easiest way to get a job there ?,

Job market is always open to foreigners but selectively. The first preference is given to the locals including PR before companies reaching out foreign nationals.

The pattern was there is past, will be in future as well. There are some sectors where either there are not enough locals such as hospitality and nursing or lack of experience (marine, end product manufacturing  and Bio science) or expertise (IT) or sectors like construction or domestic helpers where locals don’t prefer to work in Singapore, so those sectors always open to foreigners.
