Dear community members,

I am preparing for job interviews and I am not clear about the salaries offered currently in Belgium job market .

My current role is Senior DevOps Consultant having expertise in Azure Cloud environment, DevOps tools and technologies , I have total 14 years of IT experience.

Can you please share your experience regarding salary expectation and how much to negotiate for . In case of

freelance or permanent employee.

Hello,

as a freelance you should target around 650+/700 per day, as a employee it all depends on the packages but as a 15 years old IT guy it should goes around 4,3-4,6k before taxes + car, restaurant bill, meal voucher, etc...

but it also depends on your languages skills and the real experience.

@guestuserbrs I am a lead consultant with experience in cloud and devops. I have been working in belgium for the last 3 years. In my opinion Alex is approximately right about the salary range. But it depends on your experience in the role offered. Do you have 15 years of experience in cloud or devops or is it less?
